Warm-up run, April 14th, 2016
Fifteen cars assembled in Bellfield car park, Banchory, for a 30-mile run through the splendid Aberdeenshire countryside. The weather was dry, the mood was sunny. After the run we repaired to the Banchory Lodge Hotel for dinner.
West Coast Wander, April 1st-3rd, 2016
The weather was not kind to us as seven cars set off to stay in the excellent Glencoe Inn. But sunshine ruled the following day for our visit to the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. We stopped for a coffee break at the brilliant Nadurra Visitor Centre, and for lunch at the Kilchoan House Hotel. We then set off for Ardnamurchan Point and its lighthouse — the most westerly place on the UK mainland. A great time, in good company, was had by all. Thanks are due to Roger Key for detailed organization of the weekend.

Classic Cars and Jazz on the Lawn at Drum Castle, 2015
Photos from our annual event, held on August 2nd, 2015.
Beautiful sunshine combined with great cars and great music to create a perfect setting for our big event. More than 50 cars entered, and the standard for the judges was extremely high. Cindy Douglas and her backing trio provided the background music, and our guests could enjoy the stalls from RNLI, the Aberdeen TAU racing team, Auto-Glym products and the RAC as well as inspecting the cars and chatting to their owners.
We welcome additions to this gallery. If you have photos from Sunday's event you would like to add to this collection, please don't hesitate to contact the webmaster.

Club Solstice Run
A great line-up of MGs set off from Banchory in beautiful evening sunshine. A challenging quiz provided by Club President Richard Burke gave the passengers roadside things to look for en route. We ended up in the Old Post Office restaurant in Auchenblae for a fine supper. Having the place to ourselves made for an excellent finale to a splendid outing.
Club outing to the Kelpies and Dunblane
We set off from Portlethen, after sorting out a couple of car teething troubles, and arrived in Falkirk to view The Kelpies; giant statues of horse spirits.

Castles Run, May 25, 2014
A visit to three Scottish castles. The cars gathered at Drum Castle, headed out via South Deeside then turned North to Craigievar Castle for a coffee stop and a castle tour. Next, the cars drove via Bridge of Alford to Leith Hall at Kennethmont for a late lunch. Both Cragievar and Leith Hall were most welcoming, allowing us to line up in front of the properties. Drum Castle is, of course, the regular venue for our annual Club Gala Day.
Club warm-up run, April 10, 2014
A local outing, our first of the year, to test our members' ability to follow some simple written directions. The less said about that, perhaps the better. We ended with dinner at the Old Mill — our last time to do so, as the hotel is now closing.
